The birthplace of real cigars of the highest quality is the hot and humid sunny plantations of the Caribbean. Here, experienced planters produce cigars following centuries of established traditions that are passed down from generation to generation. From picking to rolling, each stage is important, giving the tobacco its own specificity. Weather conditions, soil type, method of fermentation, drying and storage of tobacco leaves - all this leaves a certain imprint on the bouquet of aromas in cigar smoke. The taste of a real cigar cannot be confused with anything; it is distinguished by a variety of borderline shades that harmonize perfectly with each other. These are subtle floral notes, nutty, woody, earthy, fruity, spicy, slightly musky and sweet.
